Referral Bonus Plan

Employees are the Key assets and the backbone of any Organization for it to be successful. We at Allegiance, invite our employees for the referral program. Referrals could be either Business Referrals we mean that employees can introduce to New Clients or add opportunities with existing clients or Candidate Referrals. By way of recognition, we offer referral bonuses for both Business Referrals and Candidate Referrals.

Candidate Referral Bonus Plan

If you know someone who would be a good fit for positions advertised on the company website (Careers-Job Openings), please share the job description with them. If they are interested, please forward their Resume to mentioning your Reference in the Subject line. You will be eligible for a bonus payout of $500-$1000, if your Referral is hired and stays past the guarantee period of 45 days.

If your referral is not hired within 6 months, the referral is no longer eligible for a bonus.

Business Referral Bonus Plan

In addition to our candidate referral program, we offer our Business Referral Program. This program encourages eligible individuals to submit business opportunities with existing and/or new clients to Allegiance. If you know that our Client is looking to add another position, or that there is a need for additional consultants, you can send us the information. If that opportunity becomes an open assignment, and a consultant is successfully placed, you are eligible for a bonus. The Bonus Payout will be anywhere from $500 -$2000 based on our profit margin and the Opportunity.

Please note that the decision of Allegiance Management is final in terms of bonus payouts All referral payments are subject to applicable federal and state tax withholdings.
